We understand that life gets busy and circumstances change. Below is our policy regarding cancellations, membership expirations, and rejoining:
1. Membership Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your membership at any time, please notify us in writing at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. Cancellations must be submitted via email or through our designated cancellation form.
2. Rejoining After Cancellation or Expiration
If you cancel your membership or let it expire and decide to come back later, you must pay the normal rate. If you cancel within a month, you will not be prorated nor granted credit upon return.
3. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for missed classes, unused time, or early cancellation within a paid membership period. Exceptions may be made for medical or relocation reasons at the sole discretion of the management, but documentation may be required.
4. Temporary Holds or Freezes
Membership freezes, or holds may be requested for travel or medical reasons. Approval is on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in advance.
5. Class Cancellations
If a class is canceled by the gym (due to holidays, emergencies, etc.), it may be rescheduled or substituted. These do not qualify for refunds or partial credits.
